Confronting: a mind that knows, a heart that receives
The Doing Without series seeks to provide resources to help others renew a mind affected by early grief and loss. The guided sequential lessons to help adults review their past, also address the long-standing mixture of grief and sorrow that is a remnant of losses from that past. Doing Without can be used for personal discovery, for discussions with an individual, or, with a group seeking to do a DW book study to build discernment on a specific sensitive subject (such as are listed in the index, glossary, or lesson headings).
It is hoped in this way, that focusing first on the mind, will then cause, or allow, the heart to follow.
